HD Nepal works with different stakeholders and communities on issues of inequalities and justice, which is today’s major challenge of social development.
Our focus is to empower women and those who are socially backward and marginalized due to their gender, ethnicity, caste, class and geography.
We work with vulnerable communities and community based organizations across our working districts to strengthen their access towards sustainable and inclusive socio-economic development. Our programs are designed to strengthen the capacity of disadvantaged groups, differently abled, women, ethnic minorities and vulnerable groups to secure and improve their livelihoods safeguards.
While implementing different projects, we follow a needs based approach adhering to principles of equality, inclusiveness, participation and good governance to ensure that the voices of the marginalized and disadvantaged groups are amplified and prioritized.
